TIME TRAVELING - Disneyland Resort Paris

I wanted to do a Disneyland Paris Article for a long time, so now that we have the opportunity here it is!

Here is a Little history about the park, Disneyland Paris is composed of two theme parks, a retail, dining and entertainment district, and seven Disney-owned hotels. Operating since 12 April 1992, it was the second Disney resort to open outside the United States (following Tokyo Disney Resort) and the first to be owned and operated by Disney.

The complex was a subject of controversy during the periods of negotiation and construction in the late 1980s and early '90s, when a number of prominent French figures voiced their opposition and protests were held by French labour unions and others. A further setback followed the opening of the resort as park attendance, hotel occupancy and revenues fell below projections. The complex was renamed from Euro Disney Resort to Disneyland Paris in 1994. In July 1995, the company saw its first quarterly profit.

A second theme park, Walt Disney Studios Park, opened to the public 16 March 2002.

With 15,405,000 combined visitors to the resort's Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park in the fiscal year of 2009, it is France's and Europe's most visited themed attraction.

"Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant" (sleeping Beauty's Castle in French) under construction around 1991.
1991: The "Chateau" Receives its tallest turret, waiting to be set.
1991: "Phantom Manor" Disneyland Paris Haunted Mansion Ride gets its finishing Touches.
The Castle its Recognized for its beautiful design and its "Fantasyland" true feeling.  California Cast Members joke about destroying Anaheim version of Sleeping Beauty's Castle and building this version.

1993: For Disneyland's Paris 1st Anniversary, the Castle was turned as a huge Cake  with icing and toppings, just like Florida's Version.
1993: The Birthday Ceremony for the Press.

1995: The beautiful Castle adorn with Flower arregements during its Flower Festival

Shanghai Disneyland: Best Disney park ever?

The new Disneyland park has already started some buzz, not only because it will be the most technological and detailed parked Disney has ever made, but because of the castle.  Enchanted Storybook Castle, the gathering of all Disney princesses.

by its rendering looks, may be confused with Cinderella's Castle, but for Disney hardcore fans, it is a mixture of all Disney castles, from bottom to top, you can see some details of Sleeping beauty castle in Anaheim, details on the towers of the Belle au Bois Dormant Chateau in Disneyland Paris, and details of the colors and  the royal blue roofs and turrets from Cinderella's Castle in Orlando and Tokio
Also, The Enchanted Storybook Castle will be the only Disney park Castle to have an interior glass Skylight Dome. The multi Level Castle will feature a water boat ride, several shops and dining experiences and the Bibiddi Bobiddi Boutique.

Disney officials describe this new theme park as a fully Asian culture adventure. China will be receiving this new theme park in approximately five years.

here is a Computer Designed rendering of the Enchanted Storybook Castle, a really new and interactive experience.

we definitely have to visit this park when it opens!
